Where do you ship the products?
Most of our shipments are sent from Estonia, but we also use warehouses around the world to get the best shipping time and cost for you.
Do your products come with warranty?
Absolutely! All our products are made with high-quality materials and we give a 2-year warranty for all Baileparadise branded products. All partner products that we sell have a warranty based on their terms.
What if the size doesn't fit?
No problem. You can send the product back to us and we’ll send you the right size if it’s available. Check our sizing chart as well before ordering.
How long is the shipping time?
If you’re ordering from the EU then typically you should receive your product within 7-10 business days. If you’re ordering outside of Europe it might take up to 21 business days.
Where are the products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in Europe and are sourced ethically.

How do I place an order?
It’s simple! Go to our shop page (link in the header or footer). Select a product you like and place it in the shopping cart. You can continue adding products or go to the checkout. In the check out add your address and payment details. After that, you can place the order and we will start preparing your order.
